For the horse nobody has figured out yet.

Charlie Connection Project builds Connected Care Files for horses with complex or unresolved health histories. We don’t diagnose. We connect the dots.

Why We Exist

Kate Skufca Doster spent years piecing together her horse Charlie’s complicated health history. Fragmented vet records, scattered observations, and questions nobody could answer. When she finally connected the dots, everything changed.

Your vet knows your horse. Your farrier knows your horse. Your bodyworker knows your horse. Your trainer knows your horse. None of them know what the others know. A Connected Care File changes that.

She built Charlie Connection Project so no owner has to do that alone.

Timeline of a horse's health issues over five years with a central photo of a horse walking on a pathway, wearing shoes, with a sunset background. Events include knee buckle in 2023, low vitamin E in 2022, fainting in 2021, and symptoms like neck pain, EPM, laminitis, Lyme, and minocycline between 2020 and 2025. Text reads 'Charlie Connection Project,' 'Five years,' and 'We don't diagnose. We connect the dots.'

What’s in a Connected Care File

A complete medical timeline. A pattern analysis across symptoms, treatments, and observations. Prioritized next steps. Questions to bring your vet. Everything your horse’s care team needs - in one place, in plain language.
